You can display the background grid lines in the chart by creating the <GridLines> element tag as a child node of the <backgroundElements> element tag.

If you want to display the horizontal grid lines, then set as direction="horizontal" and use <horizontalStroke> to style the horizontal line.

direction The direction attribute is to set the direction of the grid lines. The valid values are "horizontal", "vertical", "both".
horizontalChangeCount The horizontalChangeCount attribute is to set how many times the color of the grid lines will change when direction="horizontal".
horizontalFill The horizontalFill attribute is to set the first fill color of the grid lines when direction="horizontal".
horizontalAlternateFill The horizontalAlternateFill attribute is to set the alternate fill color of the grid lines when direction="horizontal".
