You can draw the horizontal and vertical center lines in the background of the chart by using <GridLines> element tag.

radius The radius attribute determines the radius size of the plot.

<GridLines>

horizontalShowCenterLine The horizontalShowCenterLine attribute determines whether or not to display the horizontal center line in the background of the chart. The default value is "false".
verticalShowCenterLine The verticalShowCenterLine attribute determines whether or not to display the vertical center line in the background of the chart. The default value is "false".

<CrossRangeZoomer>

enableZooming The enableZooming attribute determines whether or not to enable the zooming function. The default value is "true".
verticalLabelFormatter The verticalLabelFormatter attribute is used to set the format of the label in the vertical line of crosshairs.
horizontalLabelFormatter The horizontalLabelFormatter attribute is used to set the format of the label in the horizontal line of crosshairs.
